I've decided to close the forum. I believe time is really short and I think I need to spend my time trying to reach those who have not had the light that we SDA's have had. I'll miss you all and I hope you will keep in touch with me. I have much less time now, with everything else going on, and just don't have enough time to monitor the forum and reach out where I think I should be reaching out. I hope you all understand. It is a decision I've been thinking about for a long time.
In case anyone wants to get contact info from others on the forum, or copy any info posted here, I will leave it open until August 1st. I hope to meet you all soon, under the Big Tree, by the River of Life. This saddens me. I feel like I have taken the forum for granted. I'm sorry I did not post more here. And I'm sorry I did not bring more people here. The only person I brought, (sky) turned out to be a heretic.
I have something I think is important that I want to post now. I will post it in Town Hall.

I'm sorry friends....I hate making people sad....that is the hardest thing for me to do. I honestly don't know how I'll find time, but I'll try....
Thandi has been wanting to quit being moderator for quite some time....she is busy....and as you probably notice, she hasn't been here much lately.... Life has been so overwhelming lately, that I felt I just couldn't do everything....and I do have a real burden for somehow reaching people in the world and other denominations. I treasure the friendship of you all, and I don't want to make anyone sad....so we'll keep the forum open....the day or two before I made the post about closing the forum, there was little or no activity on it, so I didn't think anyone would mind too much. I feel bad if I am not here everyday...I hope you all will understand....next month, we will be having a booth at the Fair, and I know I won't have time during that time to be on the forum. Four nights a week now, I'm out knocking on doors, 75-100 doors a night....and that will last til November 2nd...Wednesday night we have a Bible study, so the only free nights I have are Friday and Sabbath. Well, I'm sorry to have made you all sad....hopefully now, you all are glad  . Again, I do appreciate your friendship and hope and pray that someday soon, we will all be in unity...Have a blessed Sabbath.... |

Thanks Tammy. that is great. This forum has been going on for several years hasn't it? It is not yet ready to die though. Even if you can't get on here much we will understand just so long as it is open. We all have to get along without our parents visiting us every day as we grow up. Do you know what I mean? But even if you decide to still close after giving it another go for awhile we have at least had a foretaste of what might be ahead. When we lose someone that we love, it takes time but we do become healed. This email probably sounds confused to you but I do not know just how to express myself Tammy, you do what the Lord impresses you to do as we do not want to take God's place in your life and movements. May His will be done in all of your decisions. Robert.

Ditto to what Robert said. You don't have to be here everyday for the forum to carry forward. Take all the time you need. Especially if you are working for the Lord. That is the most important thing.
If you like, I could do some moderating since I am out of work, and have some extra time on my hands. Just let me know, if you think that would help.
